Overview
The St Pancras project consisted of 265,000 square ft mixed-use development that included office space, light industrial units, retail spaces, and 33 residential apartments, all surrounding a public park.
The site consisted of three separate buildings, each progressing at different paces. This lent a complex to the project demanding high level of co-ordination from CLG. We successfully controlled three separate pitlanes ensuring timely delivery of materials to all areas and the efficient management of site traffic.
The project experienced various changes in contractors throughout its lifecycle. CLG adapted to this fulfilling the client’s requirements and ensuring there were no delays in works.
Throughout all our operations we ensured that we respected the surrounding residential areas and kept the neighbours wellbeing in mind when controlling traffic and material delivery.
