Overview
With a variety of services being provided by CLG, Gus created a comprehensive project plan outlining timelines and resource allocation to keep the project on target.
Given that the site was live with various tenants, we prioritised minimising noise and disruptions during all phases of the project. We achieved this by supplying acoustic tents on-site to keep noise to a minimum.
With the project spanning multiple floors, the project was fast-paced and demanding in terms of materials and labour therefore we had to be proactive and organised ensuring everything was delivered on time. To achieve this, we enlisted a digital delivery management system with a 24-hour booking service.
