You’ll be assigned a personal Contract Manager to work with your team to design a logistics plan best suited to your scheme, including a detailed cost breakdown.
The experienced team at Construction Logistics Group will develop a soft strip out plan, addressing safety and environmental concerns, meeting your budget and timeline.
Comprehensive Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) will be issued before work is commenced, and health and safety standards will be monitored throughout the strip out.

We can provide specialist software to manage deliveries, deploy marshals or vehicle banksmen to police vehicles and pedestrians and conduct regular reviews to ensure a safe and risk-free site.
We can also tailor the traffic and delivery management plan to include safe delivery drop points for materials to be efficiently distributed to, and will maintain clear walkways and areas for work to progress.
Construction Logistics Group offer a range of innovative and cost-effective electronic security systems, which are managed in-house, including Biometric Access Control, Card Access Control, Turnstiles and CCTV.
We also offer SIA and CSCS compliant qualified security personnel, managed directly by ourselves. As the first and last people seen on a site we actively recruit only those that can demonstrate a calm and professional manner, and all our security guards are available 24/7 if you require.

Construction Logistics Group understand that a tidy site is a safe site, so a full waste management plan will be incorporated to your project.
We assess waste streams, supply from an extensive range of containers and vehicles, and detail waste management locations to help to reduce manual and double handling procedures and ensure waste does not become a safety issue on site.
Our workers are trained and encouraged to work in an environmentally responsible manner, and our management team actively look for ways to increase recycling and recovery activities for every site, diverting non-recyclable materials from landfill wherever possible.
Construction Logistics Group understand that secure perimeters and internal fencing are integral to ensuring a construction site is safe and secure.
Our team will undertake a risk assessment to identify the correct hoarding or fencing required for your site, then work with reputable suppliers to erect any hoarding or fencing needed whilst meeting legal requirements set by the Health & Safety at Work Act, 1974.
All hoarding and fencing will be regularly inspected and maintained to ensure site security. We also offer a design service that can personalise your site to meet any aesthetic, branding or signage requirements.
Construction Logistics Group can supply and upkeep consumables essential to maintain a high level of welfare and productivity, required for areas such as WC’s, canteen, office, plus eye and handwash stations on site.
We can also supply and fit out office and canteen furniture with white goods, and more specialist materials such as Corex or ply protection to delicate areas.
Construction Logistics Group work with reputable hire companies to supply a range of plant solutions and construction equipment for your site, including alloy towers, dust extractors, fuel, generators, heaters and dehumidifiers, hoarding, site cabins, telescopic and fixed mast forklifts, water management equipment, pumps, wet vacs etc.
Construction Logistics Group work with you to create a site establishment plan to ensure your site is safe and fully functioning before work begins.
This includes the supply and fit out of accommodation and welfare facilities, application of corporate branding and signage to accommodation, fitting of electrics, furniture and phone lines to offices, jet wash and road sweep, all footpaths and walkways marked out, fire risk assessment and demarcation of fire points across the site, supply and erection of hoarding and fencing and set up of security.
We also monitor and maintain these throughout, and remove once the project is complete.
Construction Logistics Group supply, install and maintain accommodation, and manage regular cleaning and maintenance. We offer to supply a provision of workers dedicated to maintaining welfare facilities and the provision of consumables such as tissues and cleaning materials.

Our experienced team at Construction Logistics Group ensure your site is cleaned safely and efficiently at the end of your completed project. All of our trained construction site cleaners are CSCS card holders and we offer day rate cleaners and welfare labourers, technical cleaning resources and consultancy, specialist cleaning for fascia, fabrications and floor surface finishes and a final hand-over clean.

Imperial College London is a public research university in London, dating back to the Royal College of Chemistry’s foundation in 1845.
The college focuses exclusively on science, technology, medicine and business. Its main campus is located in South Kensington, and has an innovation campus in White City, a research field station at Silwood Park, and teaching hospitals throughout London.
The Project Building E is one of the flagship buildings at the College’s White City Campus, a new 23-acre district dedicated to research and innovation in science, engineering, medicine and business. Designed as a collaborative facility, it will provide space for Imperials world-leading researchers, engineers, scientists and clinicians to work alongside one another to address some of the most pressing biomedical and healthcare problems of our time. It will further life-changing research into new and affordable medical technology.
