Overview
Spanning 25 weeks, the project required comprehensive planning to ensure efficient site management.
With live floors and multiple contractors on site, CLG facilitated the smooth co-ordination of deliveries to avoid any potential conflicts. Furthermore, the small lift capacity also required close management to ensure materials were transported safely and stored correctly.
On this project, we were able to demonstrate our proactive (rather than reactive) nature, thinking ahead and mitigating potential issues.
